We want you to love your walk, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, we provide easy returns and exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original Hush Puppies box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
